Tidy hotel in a new building short walk to a good shopping area, other facilities, and Pondy bazaar which is a good shopping area. Unbeatable, magnificent location near by restaurants shopping. A great selection of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

I had a PERFECT stay for 7 nights. the place was neat. the staff were hospitable and pleasant. the location was excellent and perfect, just a 10-15 minute walking distance from a 58m-high tower.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location was excellent, with various restaurants within 1-2km. the soundproof rooms were a relief from the honking outside, and the breakfast options, especially the sambhar and chutney, were delicious.

Check-in was a mess with wrong room assignment and unresponsive staff. Late return caused issues as the main gate was locked with sleeping security, and no one at reception to assist.
